This customer had contacted us to do a residential pressure washing in Huntsville, upon arrival we saw that the concrete driveway and sidewalks had not been cleaned in a long time. We started the cleaning process by blowing any debris and small rocks off the concrete. Then using our unique pre-treatment solution, we apply with low pressure to loosen more embedded and stubborn dirt, debris along with any organics such as algae, moss, or mold. After this treatment has sat for a short period of time we start pressure washing with a surface cleaner to clean the concrete evenly and safely without etching or other similar damage that can be caused with a wand. Once finished, we rinse off the concrete and give it a moment to dry before applying the post treatment. Our Post Treatment solution is the final step in our concrete cleaning process, it is designed to help brighten the concrete and kill any organics that may still be lingering deeper in the concrete which helps the concrete stay free of organics longer than just a standard pressure washing. Similar to the pre treatment, the post treatment solution is applied through low pressure and sprayed just enough to evenly coat the concrete surface. The final result once the concrete had dried was astonishing, the concrete had been brought back to almost looking like new despite its age.
