High Quality Roof Cleaning in Huntsville Alabama

On this project we were called out to do a roof cleaning in Huntsville along with the gutters and some other areas. You can see from the before/after picture the black streaks that were on the roof prior, and in the after you can see we got them fully removed! This is how we did it, first off upon arrival of the site we examined the scope of work and built a game strategy. After pre-inspection we get to work, set up the hoses and latter, getting our soft wash system ready to handle the job by dialing in our desired solution and attaching the proper nozzles. Now we start spraying the solution up on the roof starting from top to bottom so that it gets evenly coated. This solution is designed to dry and stay on without any damage to your roof or home. However in scenarios that require it, it can be rinsed. On occasion the black mold (the dark streaks) are heavier than anticipated and require multiple applications, which was the case on this project it took 2 full coats and a 3rd touch up coat. Though the results are rather immediate it can take a couple weeks to see the full results. In the case of this project after those 2 weeks we were able to make the roof look like it did when it was new!
